The Founders of Exploratory Centers of America are taking this opportunity to introduce you to the latest millennial integration program – Exploratory Centers of America, where we explore ALL possibilities. Although we are a new model of integration approach for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, our administration has more than 8 years of experience in the intellectual and developmental disability field. We are excited to be participating in system transformation by opening our first of many millennial integration sites in Shelby County, which will include a person-centered approach to individual support and services and employment services and supports.

Our mission is to support an all-inclusive community by enhancing relationships, empowering lives and embracing people for the 21st century and beyond. We have a person-centered approach to the growing population of people with developmental and physical disabilities. We explore options of employment in the technology field, guiding individuals in the steps needed to pursue self-employment, career advancement, community partnerships and independent living skills with personal assistant services. Our organization consists of a professional team of a Qualified Intellectual Disability professional, ISC and Community Life Manager, and entrepreneurs with an innovative approach to community engagement which will be like none other!
